WEDDING GUEST INFORMATION
Dietary Requirements
You may have guests express concerns about food allergies and certain dietary needs. You can assure all of your guests that they will all enjoy a wonderful dining experience. Our chef will take care of any special requests. Guests can expect the same level of service with specially prepared meals, each tailored to their specific dietary requests.
Directions
Include directions to your ceremony at Avalon Castle, and include maps of the local area for guests who are not familiar with the area. Ensure that older guests are given specific instructions and have a family member ensure that they have arrived safely before the ceremony gets underway. It only takes a moment to have a quick glance around prior to the ceremony.
Local Taxi Information
Some of your wedding guests may choose to arrive at your wedding by taxi or Uber but they may require other forms of transportation on the return trip. We strongly recommend pre-booking return trips. Feel free to ask our staff if you require some assistance with organising transport before, or on the night. Ubers don't regularly service the area making them unreliable for pick-ups at the end of the night.

Local Accommodation
We have comfortable cottage-style accommodation available at Avalon Castle and we can accommodate up to 22 guests including yourselves and guests. We recommend booking your bridal party and close family members in with us. A continental breakfast is included with all room reservations. The honeymoon cottage is located behind the venue and is separate from the six guest rooms.
We do not take direct room bookings we allow you to allocate these rooms.

We run tours by prior appointment but if you are in the area, give us a quick call. We do not run tours during functions but drop us a line and let us know when you would like to visit.
